Your Signs
Your signs are always your property. Will will store them free and will install and remove them at your request. Inventory levels will be available to you on our best in class app. If lost or damaged when in our control, we will replace them. Once installed at a property we assume no responsibility for lost or damaged signs. Our service is not contingent on keeping your signs in our inventory. Will will be happy to pick up signs as needed for a fee or you are welcome to hang your sign on a post we install for you.
The Sign Post
The sign post installation is a 9 month rental. If a post is damaged beyond repair or lost / stolen there is a $145 dollar replacement fee.
Relocation of Sign Posts / Sign Change or Replacement
Thru our app you will be able to specify where you want your sign placed. If for any reason, you want the sign relocated please let us know...we are happy to help. We do charge a relocation fee depending on travel time.
What we will do
Get your real estate sign post in the ground when you want it...usually within 2 business days of order request...often sooner. Excluding weekends and Holidays...urgent needs can be handled...just ask!!
Place the sign post where you want it..if no details are provided we will use our best judgement on placement.
What you will do
Provide details of any underground potential obstructions like invisible fences, irrigation systems etc. We are not responsible for damage of underground systems unless notified prior to sign post install.
Don't mess with a installed post. We are not responsible for any damage if anyone other than an employee of PPC moves an installed post.
Let us know if a HOA has any guidelines on sign placement. If we need to move it we will..we do charge a relocation fee.
Let us know when a sign post needs to be removed...just access the app and click remove.
